These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase or use of any educational products, live training, online courses, digital materials, consultations, and other services offered by Nargiza Nails LLC.
By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, booking training, or using our educational materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. GENERAL INFORMATIONNargiza Nails LLC provides educational services in the nail industry, including but not limited to:
- In-person training courses
- Online courses
- Digital educational materials
- Video lessons
- Professional consultations
- Additional educational products
All products and services are provided for educational purposes only.
2. AGE REQUIREMENTYou must be at least 18 years old to purchase any products or services from Nargiza Nails LLC.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. IN-PERSON TRAINING BOOKINGSA seat in any in-person training course is considered reserved only after a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total course price has been received.
Availability is limited, and spaces are reserved on a first-paid basis.
Until the deposit is received, your spot is not guaranteed.
4. PAYMENT TERMSWe currently accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
- PayPal
Payment plans may be available for selected in-person training programs through separate written agreement.
The remaining balance for in-person training must be paid before the course begins on the scheduled training date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nargiza Nails LLC reserves the right to deny access to training if full payment has not been received.
5. ONLINE PRODUCTS & DIGITAL MATERIALSOnline courses and video lessons may be provided with limited access for the period specified at the time of purchase (for example, 6 months), unless otherwise stated.
Digital products purchased as standalone materials (including but not limited to PDF training manuals, educational guides, and downloadable educational resources) are provided to the purchaser for lifetime personal use, unless otherwise stated.
Access to digital materials is granted exclusively to the purchaser.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing access with third parties
- Sharing login credentials, passwords, or access links
- Copying materials in whole or in part
- Reselling materials
- Redistributing materials
- Publishing materials publicly
- Using materials to teach others or for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Nargiza Nails LLC
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to additional legal action if necessary.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll materials provided through this website and training programs are the intellectual property of Nargiza Nails LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Training manuals
- PDF guides
- Educational videos
- Diagrams
- Course structures
- Original teaching methods
- Written content
- Graphics
- Website content
- Photographs
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, modified, or commercially used without prior written consent from Nargiza Nails LLC.
7. CERTIFICATESCertificates may be issued upon successful completion of eligible training programs.
To receive a certificate, the student must:
- Complete the training program in full
- Meet any applicable course completion requirements
Certificates issued by Nargiza Nails LLC confirm completion of proprietary educational training only.
Certificates are not government-issued licenses, professional licenses, or official certifications authorizing professional practice in any U.S. state or other jurisdiction.
Students are solely responsible for understanding and complying with licensing requirements applicable in their own state or country.
8. ATTENDANCE & LATE ARRIVALSStudents may arrive up to 30 minutes late.
Late arrival does not extend training time and does not guarantee compensation for missed content.
If a student fails to attend without prior notice (no-show), the deposit is forfeited.
9. MODELSSome in-person training programs may involve work on live models.
Model arrangements may vary depending on the course.
If a model fails to appear, Nargiza Nails LLC will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement.
However, delays or issues related to models do not automatically qualify for refunds.
10. CONSULTATIONSProfessional consultations may be offered through online video platforms such as Zoom.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for consultations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. POST-TRAINING SUPPORTSelected training programs include up to 6 months of post-training support.
Support may be provided through:
- WhatsApp
- Telegram
- Other designated communication platforms
Post-training support may include:
- Educational Q&A
- Work review and feedback
- Guidance related to course material
Post-training support does not include private business coaching unless specifically stated otherwise.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO CONSENTPhotography and video recording may take place during in-person training sessions.
By enrolling in training, students agree that Nargiza Nails LLC may use photographs, videos, and visual content captured during training for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- Social media
- Website content
- Advertising materials
- Presentations
- Email marketing
If a student does not consent to such use, they must notify Nargiza Nails LLC in writing before the training begins.
13. STUDENT RECORDING POLICYStudents may take short photos or video clips for personal use only.
Full recording of the course, duplication of training content, or recording the complete educational program is strictly prohibited.
14. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITYAll educational materials and services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nargiza Nails LLC does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, increase in income, client growth, or business success as a result of completing any training program.
Each student is solely responsible for:
- Applying the information appropriately
- Following sanitation and safety requirements
- Safe client work
- Proper use of tools and equipment
- Compliance with professional standards
- Compliance with applicable licensing laws
Nargiza Nails LLC is not responsible for:
- Injuries
- Allergic reactions
- Property damage
- Improper use of information
- Losses resulting from the application of course content
15. COURSE CONTENT CHANGESNargiza Nails LLC reserves the right to update, modify, improve, or change course content, materials, or program structure at any time without prior notice.
16. RELATED POLICIESYour use of this website is also governed by:

17. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
