REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this policy.
1. IN-PERSON TRAININGDEPOSITA non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total course price is required to reserve a seat in any in-person training program.
This deposit secures your training date, instructor time, scheduling resources, and course preparation.
For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
RESCHEDULINGStudents may reschedule an in-person training one time only, provided that Nargiza Nails LLC receives written notice at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled training date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If notice is given less than 14 days before the scheduled training date:
- the deposit may be forfeited;
- rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Nargiza Nails LLC.
NO-SHOW POLICYIf a student fails to attend training without prior notice:
- the deposit is forfeited;
- the reserved spot is lost;
- rescheduling is not guaranteed.
LATE ARRIVALSStudents may arrive up to 30 minutes late.
Late arrival does not extend training time.
Missed portions of the training will not be repeated or compensated.
IF WE CANCEL THE TRAININGIf an in-person training is canceled by Nargiza Nails LLC, the student may be offered:
- rescheduling to another available date;
- or a refund of the deposit paid.
2. ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTSONLINE COURSESOnce access to an online course has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
Because online training is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final.
DIGITAL PRODUCTSRefunds are not available for digital products once access has been provided or the product has been delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- PDF training manuals
- Digital educational guides
- Downloadable training materials
- Video lessons
- Educational digital resources
All digital product sales are final.
3. UNAUTHORIZED USEIf a user violates the terms related to digital materials, including but not limited to:
- sharing access with third parties;
- distributing materials;
- copying content;
- reselling products;
- commercial use without authorization;
Nargiza Nails LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate access without refund.
4. CONSULTATIONSOnline consultations (such as Zoom consultations) may be canceled or rescheduled with prior notice.
If a consultation is canceled or rescheduled in advance, a new appointment time may be arranged individually.
If a client fails to attend without notice, a refund is not guaranteed.
5. CERTIFICATESCertificates are issued only upon full completion of the applicable training program.
If a student does not complete the training, no certificate will be issued.
6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTESIf a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider instead of contacting Nargiza Nails LLC directly, the company reserves the right to:
- suspend access to products or services;
- terminate ongoing services;
- provide supporting documentation to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
7. EXCEPTIONSAny exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of Nargiza Nails LLC.
